Visitors
Visitors in either small parties of golfers or as golf socities are welcome at Faversham Golf Club by prior arrangement. Small numbers can be possibly be accomodated at short notice but this cannot be guaranteed.
Green fees are £35 per round, or £45 per day, weekdays. Visitors playing with a member enjoy reduction in green fees to £20 and £26 respectively. At weekends visitors may only play as guests of members.
Kent Golf Union members enjoy special discounts but should telephone the pro-shop in advance to confirm availability.
Golf socities should apply to the Secretary/Managers office for a
quotation as various packages are available depending on whether one
or two rounds of golf are required. Breakfast, lunch or evening meals
can also be catered for and included in the package.
Memberships Available
Currently there are full and five day memberships available at Faversham and applications are welcome. The following tables detail the appropriate joining and subscriptions fees. Joining fees are non-refundable and is usually payable "up-front", but can be spread over 12 or 24 months (with interest currently at 7%) or in annual payments of £150 over five years. The joining fee for married couples/partners joining together has been set at £1000.00.
The subscription can be made by cash, cheque or monthly on "Fairway Credit" (with 7% interest) to be paid by 30th September. For anyone joining between 1st October and 30th September the annual subscription will be on a "pro-rata" basis.
Directions
Visitors travelling on the M2 should exit at junction 6 and turn onto the A251 in a northerly direction towards Faversham. After a few hundred yards turn left onto the A2 towards Sittingbourne. After a further few hundred yards take the first left after the school playing fields and turn into Brogdale Road. Follow this road always bearing left at the two "Y" junctions for about 3 miles. The entrance to the clubhouse and members carpark is on the left. Visitors should follow the signs for the visitors car park which is on the right opposite to the clubhouse entrance. Google Map
