With over 30 years of experience gained in some of London's most prestigious restaurants and hotels, Kevin and his wife Sue set up their own catering brand, Pistachio (London) Ltd, with a view to providing a first-class catering service exclusively for the Golf Club sector.
Kevin and Sue took Pistachio (London) Ltd to Dulwich & Sydenham Hill Golf Club in 2012, where their idea of bringing "a first class culinary experience" was highly successful.
"They cook excellent food as well as producing innovative and interesting menu ideas; their enthusiasm for food is infectious!"
Following a fourth Christmas season at Dulwich & Sydenham Hill GC, Kevin and Sue have bought their superb catering to Faversham Golf Club, where Kevin has a simple aim:
"To provide the members and guests at Faversham Golf Club with a catering service that they will not only enjoy, but be proud of."
Kevin and Sue prepare a high-class dining experience, using locally-sourced
ingredients whenever possible.
